Mr. Pederson has over 18 years of sales, marketing and executive management experience with companies such as Intel and Digital Systems International. Mr. Pederson has introduced to the global market 12 different products ranging from consumer goods to high-end business-to-business enterprise solutions. This extensive experience includes domestic and international sales and marketing experience working with leading distributors around the world to successfully sell products into the right channels at the right time. An award winning game inventor, Mr. Pederson most recently was President of Entertaining Games LLC a supplier of high value family games. He successfully grew the business into over 850 online and traditional retail outlets in the U.S., Canada and Australia. Entertaining Games LLC was also an Internet and high tech marketing consulting company. Mr. Pederson has an economics degree from Stanford University. As a founder and the President of ePredict.com, Mr. Pederson possesses real-world experience in introducing successful products and services to the on-line and off-line domestic and international marketplaces.

 Trent Nelson - Vice-President of Development ([email protected]) 

Mr. Nelson graduated from Western Washington University in 1986 with a degree computer science. He worked for Boeing for 6 years before owning and operating a consulting business since 1992. Mr. Nelson is an expert using Microsoft products such as Visual C++, MFC, Visual Basic, SQL Server, and most recently COM/ActiveX components. Mr. Nelson has extensive experience as a Senior Lead Architect and Developer in projects that included: developing VB and MFC C++ applications, designing and developing commercial databases for SQL Server, designing ODBC drivers, and developing commercial telephony applications. Mr. Nelson's many customers include United Airlines, Ameritech, Bank of America, Microsoft, and Dayton Hudson. Most recently, prior to founding ePredict.com, Mr. Nelson held a senior development management position at a high tech startup, where he managed developers that produced Internet ActiveX client and server product lines.

 John Kaminski - Vice-President of Marketing and Business Development ([email protected]) 

Mr. Kaminski was formerly co-founder of DocuMedX Inc. a private company, which he grew to over $3 million in revenues before selling the corporation to a national company. Mr. Kaminski, a graduate of Whitman College, has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience with companies such as Xerox Corporation and C. R. Bard. Mr. Kaminski has been featured in multiple publications including Washington CEO magazine where he was highlighted for making DocuMedX Inc. one of the best companies to work for in Washington State.

 Dan Absher - Board of Directors 

Mr. Absher, who has a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and a J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School, has been President of Absher Construction for the last decade. Absher Construction, a privately owned company with $100 million in annual revenues, was just awarded the 1999 National Family Business of the year for mid-size business. Mr. Absher, also has served as a past President of the Associated General Contractors of Washington and as a National Director of Associated General Contractors of America. Mr. Absher is a member of Young Presidents Organization and a member of Washington State Bar Association.

Mr. Mills is President of Mills Brothers International, a leading importer, exporter and trader of commodities, as well as a leading supplier, packager and seller of finished commodities to retail outlets. Mr. Mills has an economics degree from Stanford University as well as an MBA from the University of Washington.  Mr. Mills has been an active stock and commodity trader throughout his ten plus year tenure at Mills Brothers International.

Dr. Elway has been measuring and analyzing public opinion in the Northwest since 1975. As president of Elway Research, Inc. he has directed hundreds of research projects for large and small businesses, trade and professional associations, governmental agencies at all levels, not-for-profit organizations candidates, issues and media outlets in the Northwest and across the country. Elway Research, Inc. is a Seattle-based research firm specializing in research for the development of communication strategies including public opinion and market research, electronic town meetings and interactive polling. He is a frequent contributor to Northwest op-ed pages and talk shows. Elway holds a Ph.D. in communications and a B.A. in political science.

 Ira Kalb - Board of Advisors 

Mr. Kalb, founded Kalb and Associates, which is a marketing, sales, management, and business systems consulting firm for high-tech companies. Mr. Kalb is a published author of nine books on high tech sales and marketing as well as a Professor of Business at UCLA and the University of Finland. Mr. Kalb also served as a President of the American Marketing Association from 1995 to 1996.
